Ten years ago Hope started baking her legendary honey cakes as a Toni's Kitchen fundraiser. She's been away at college and working abroad but this year she's in town. During the week Hope is working on the largest emergency food program in the world, so far providing 60 million meals to NYC residents. She is using her time off to be in the kitchen (thank you Bnai Keshet) to produce as many honey cakes as possible to support the incredible work Toni's kitchen is doing to provide emergency food support to our neighborhood. 

Honey cakes come in a 2lb foil tin, they are moist and delicious and will last for as long as you don't eat them!

Unbleached flour, raw honey, sugar, 'happy' eggs, canola oil, organic black coffee,  baking powder, baking soda, family secret spice blend.
